يَقْتُرُوا · قَتُورًا · الْمُقْتِرِ
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا۟ وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامًۭا
... and those who spend neither wastefully nor stingily.
