حَقَّ
haqqa / huqqat / al-haqqah / yuhiqqu / istaḥaqqa / al-haqq
(for a bone cap to fit perfectly in its socket or for a camel to be fit to carry heavy loads--hence, to be the right fit, to be right, due, justified, established)
Definition

Sense 1
حَقَّ / حَقَّتْ
إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ
Each rejected their messenger, so My punishment was justified.
